POLICY
GOOD FAITH EXAMS

$35
Book $300 or more in botox for your 1st appointment to waive the GFE fee.
OR
Book your 2nd appointment within 4 months of your 1st appointment & get $35 in credit during 2nd appointment.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are non-refundable and will NOT be used for any other date, time, or service.Please make sure you can make your appointment before paying your deposit it is not transferable to another date.
CHILDREN
You MAY NOT under any circumstances bring children or pets to your appointment. You will be asked to reschedule with a loss of your deposit.
GUESTS
Guests will not be allowed in the room during your appointment and will need to wait in their vehicle. Please do NOT bring any guests.
GRACE PERIOD
5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. Clients who arrive late 6 minutes + will lose their deposit/any money paid for the appointment, and will need to reschedule. Please be understanding that I have other clients before and after your appointment.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS
1. It will be up to the technician if they want to reschedule a client.
2. Deposit paid towards appointment will be lost.
3. The client must pay their next appointment + any fees in full before rescheduling.
4. You will not be able to reschedule a second time. If you miss your rescheduled appointment ALL money+fees paid towards the 2nd appointment will be used to cover the appointment you did not show up to. There will be no refunds.
Weekend reschedule $75
Week day reschedule $50. If appointment is cancelled/ rescheduled less than 48 hours from appointment the fee will be $75
I ask that all clients please understand and respect my time.
A specific time is booked out for YOU.
No showing or rescheduling takes a spot that I could have put another client in who would have shown up to their appointment, it is not always possible to fill a last minute cancellation. (I say this in the kindest way possible.)

Will result in loss of your deposit/ any money paid towards the appointment. You will not be able to reschedule or book any new appointments.
