MEET THE
FOUNDER
PMU Beauty Bar was founded by Owner Belle Parham in 2017.
While finishing her masters degree in Health Administration Belle became interested in Microblading. As she became familiar with the others services offered she became certified multiple times in each service.
After graduating from grad school Belle decided to stay in the Permanent Makeup industry. Her interest grew more and more each year. Belle became so interested in her career she decided to start teaching and certifying students.
PMU Beauty Bar has grown to be a very successful business for not only her clients but her students as well.
